The story

The Penida drift for the rest of us.

Not every Penida site needs to be an adrenaline ride. Buyuk is a relaxed drift along a healthy hard-coral slope on the north coast — gentle current, good visibility, and steady fish life. The site Penida operators turn to when conditions are rough at SD Point or Blue Corner.

Open Water-friendly with the right guide. Pairs well with Crystal Bay as a calmer second dive.

"When the corner sites blow out, Buyuk delivers."

One of the more reliable visibility days at Penida — sheltered bay geometry buffers the wash from the open strait.
