Padang Bai, Nusa Penida and Tulamben. You stop before the north.

1. Day 1

   Arrival · Canggu HQ
   Personal driver waits at DPS with a sign and a cold drink. ~1 h transfer to Canggu HQ (Bali traffic — never under an hour). Welcome dinner at the villa with the team. No diving — jet-lag day. 2. Day 2
   +
   Transfer to Padang Bai + 2 dives
   Morning: 2.5h east-coast transfer with Goa Lawah bat-cave temple + Kusamba traditional sea-salt farms on the way. Check-in to PB villa. Afternoon: Blue Lagoon orientation dive + Tanjung Sari drift dive.
3. Day 3

   Nusa Penida day-trip · 3 dives
   Speedboat at dawn. Three dives — guaranteed Manta Point, plus two more chosen by conditions (Crystal Bay for mola mola Jul–Sep, Toyapakeh, SD Point). Lunch on Lembongan. Back to PB by sunset.
4. Day 4
   +
   Transfer to Tulamben + 3 dives (final dive day)
   Direct 1.5h transfer north up the east coast — straight to the water to maximise dive time. Arrive Tulamben mid-morning. Liberty wreck + Coral Garden + sunset Drop-Off wall. Last dive ends by 17:00 — start of your pre-flight surface interval. Amed sunset point afterwards. (The east-coast water palaces sit on tomorrow's southbound route, so we don't stop today.)
5. Day 5
   +
   Surface day · two water palaces + departure (no dive)
   Surface-interval day by design. Diving and flying within 18 hours is unsafe (decompression sickness risk) — so today is no-dive but full of culture. Slow breakfast in Tulamben, optional snorkel on the shallow house reef, then southbound transfer with the two royal water palaces of Karangasem on the way: Tirta Gangga + Taman Ujung (~10 min apart, both built by the same last king). Lunch on the road, free hours in Canggu, evening flight from DPS. Your last dive ended ~24 h before take-off.

The whole island in one run — every dive region, the Gili rocks and the Liberty at dawn, with no day spent going nowhere.

1. Day 1

2. Day 2
   Transfer to Padang Bai + 2 dives
   East along the coast, stopping at Goa Lawah bat temple. Into the Padang Bai villa by late morning, then Blue Lagoon and Tanjung Sari the same afternoon — easy, bright, a gentle first day in the water.
3. Day 3
   Padang Bai · 2 dives
   The Jetty and Jepun — critter dives on your doorstep. Frogfish, ghost pipefish, harlequin shrimp if the guides have been watching the right rubble. Afternoon free in the village.
4. Day 4
   Nusa Penida day-trip · 3 dives
   Boat out at dawn. Manta Point first, then two sites picked on the day for conditions — Crystal Bay or Toyapakeh. Lunch on the water. Back to Padang Bai for sunset.
5. Day 5
   Gili Tepekong, Mimpang & Biaha · 2 dives
   The three rocks off Candidasa, and the best advanced diving on this coast. Cold, sharp thermoclines, real current — sharks at Mimpang, the Tepekong canyon when it is running. Conditions-led: the guides call it that morning.
6. Day 6
   Transfer to Tulamben + 2 dives
   North up the coast road, past the water palace at Tirta Gangga. Into Tulamben by afternoon and straight in: Coral Garden and the Drop-Off, so you know the shoreline before the dawn start.
7. Day 7
   Liberty wreck at dawn + Seraya macro · 3 dives
   In the water at 06:00, on the USAT Liberty before any other boat or busload arrives — the whole wreck to your group. Second dive on the wreck after breakfast, then Seraya black sand for the macro afternoon.
8. Day 8
   Alam Anda & Boga wreck · 2 dives + Amed sunset
   North to Alam Anda, then the Boga — a sunk ship at 15–40 m with an artificial reef growing over it. Back through Amed for sunset over the jukung fleet and Agung behind it.
9. Day 9
   Transfer to Pemuteran + house-reef dive
   The long haul west, ~4 h around the top of the island, with a coffee stop at Lovina. Into the beach villa, and an easy check dive on the house reef to loosen up after the drive.
10. Day 10
    Menjangan day-trip · 2 dives
    Inside West Bali National Park. Pos I and the Anchor Wreck — vertical walls dropping into blue, gorgonians the size of a car, and the clearest water of the trip. Deer on the beach at lunch.
11. Day 11
    BioRock + Pulaki Wall · 2 dives + hot springs
    BioRock, the largest coral restoration project in the world, growing on low-voltage steel — and the guides can tell you which structures they built. Then Pulaki Wall, and the jungle thermal baths in the afternoon.
12. Day 12
    Secret Bay muck · 2 dives · final dive day
    Shallow, black, and full of things that should not exist — mimic octopus, bobbit worms, seahorses, frogfish. Your last dives of the trip, which puts more than 36 hours between the water and your flight.
13. Day 13
    Mountain return to Canggu
    The high road back instead of the coast: Munduk waterfalls, the lake temple at Bedugul, and the strawberry stalls on the way down. Final night at Canggu HQ, and dinner with the crew.
14. Day 14
    Departure
    Late check-out, last swim, and the driver to DPS whenever your flight is. Over 36 h since the last dive — nobody flies too soon on our watch.
